How To Glow The F Up In Your Life

Happy Monday, we are officially at the beginning of March, spring is around the corner and we are feeling good, right? I feel like I get to March and start to defrost (lol) in preparation for the ultimate glow-up in my life. In light of this, I want to share my guide on how to elevate your life, habits you can incorporate, and small tangible tips to get your glow on. ICYDK, a glow-up refers to a significant transformation or improvement in a person's appearance, self-confidence, or overall life. So let's get to it!

Physical Ways to Glow the F Up:

  • First up, let's get hydrated. There are so many benefits to drinking more water including reduced skin dryness, a brighter and radiant complexion as well as an increased circulation helping flush out toxins and promoting glowier skin and healthy hair. scalp =

  • Secondly, move your body. Now the weather is slowly getting a bit brighter get the F outside! Regular exercise offers physical health benefits, including strengthening muscles and enhancing overall fitness levels. As well as, reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

  • Another way is to treat yourself to a physical treatment like a facial or your nails. These kinda treatments enhance the health and glowy appearance of your skin and nails, as well as offer a relaxing experience, helping to reduce stress and make ya feel good.

  • New month, spring clean your wardrobe! I love a quarterly refresh, not just to declutter my space but also because it allows ya to update your vibe with new and trendy clothes, helping you feel more stylish all whilst boosting your self-confidence.

Mental Ways to Glow the F Up:

  • Firstly, take time to read more books. As much as I love a good ol' romance novel, I am going to dive deep into the self-development section. These books share advice on topics such as goal-setting, productivity, mindset, and interpersonal skills, helping me glow up.

  • Hobbies are my favourite thing, and we should be spending more time doing them. Engaging in your fav or new hobbies provides a healthy outlet for stress relief and relaxation, helping you forget all about the shittyness of the real world.

  • Hit up Pinterest, and save those inspirational quotes. Having a constant reminder of quotes you like, will help keep you motivated throughout your glow up, whilst helping individuals navigate difficult times and stay focused on their aspirations.

  • Stay organised! Being organised enables efficient time management and boosts productivity, allowing you to have more freedom to do the 'fun' things in life you really want to be doing. Also being organised helps with all those stress levels, helping you feel 10x better.
