But First, Self Care

Thanks to the global pandemic, the UK's constant in and out lockdowns, and the stress we are all feeling. I now have a self care session every day, it is a necessity. From a clay face mask and a green tea whilst watching Netflix, to a full on exfoliation session, or a well needed midweek bath with my oils, my book and candles. This 'me time' keeps me relaxed during this uncertainity. I know I am not the only one, we all love (& need) a bit of self care, and therefore I am sharing just some of my favourite/go to recommendations on a variety of beauty products.

Dermalogica Clear Start Breakout Clearing Foaming Wash

My all time go to favourite is this product, that I will forever rave about and recommend. This foaming wash clears away dead skin cells, dirt and excess oils that clog pores and cause breakouts. PS, it's deep cleaning wash has recently been SUPERSIZED. The bigger the better. #gifted

Kylie Skin Walnut Face Scrub

Say hi to a new 2021 Product and Christmas present thanks to a family friend. This is a gentle but effective face scrub, that is suited for all skin types, and gives the skin hydration and a natural glow. And all Kylie Skin products are Vegan. (Since using this my skin is 10x clearer.) You're very welcome.

L'Oreal Triple Active Moisturiser

Anyone else suffering from dry skin? This multi-protection day moisturising cream is suited for dry and sensitive skin, and it moisturises to the EXTREME. I use this cream every day once I've showered after my training sessions outside, and I can feel the difference. A good one for daily mask wearers.

MOA Aphrodite Facial Oil

First up this brands whole aesthetic is enchanting, try this oil and you'll step into a scene from Narnia. To reveal your inner Goddess, massage this magical blend of Rosehip, Damask Rose and genarium onto face and neck after cleansing (AM & PM.)

Revolution Skincare Pink Clay Detoxifying Mask

What is self-care without a face mask? Am I right? This mask is one of my favourites and can be used on all skin types. It deep cleanses and draws out the impurities from congested pores. Well needed after a busy week. My recommendation is to use this mask once a week, and you'll be GLOWIN.

Fudge Professional Clean Blonde Violet Toning Shampoo

A recommendation from a university friend, that has changed the haircare game, especially as DIY hair cuts and dying is a trend (thanks lockdown!) This shampoo instantly removes brassy and yellow tones, whilst keeping it hydrating, smelling beautiful, nice and ashy all whilst being low maintenance.

Beauty Works 10-in-1 Miracle Spray

I was lucky enough to win this product in a giveaway. This daily treatment spray delivers 10 benefits: eliminates frizz, restores shine, nourishes, replenishes oils, protects from heat, detangles, conditions, prevents split ends, enhances natural body & repairs dry/ damaged hair. A needed haircare cocktail.

Aussie 3 Miracle Oil Reconstructor

A lightweight oil that I use daily, and I can see the shiny and healthy result already. This non greasy hair oil, contains Australian Macadamia nut oil, Australian jojoba seed oil, and avocado oil. And can be used in 3 ways: before shampooing, on damp hair or on dry hair all that visibly repairs hair.

Tisserand Aromatherapy Sleep Better Bath Oil

Sleep is KEY for wellbeing, and can be hard at the current moment. This blissful bath oil is a key factor on achieving some perfect ZZZ's. Infuse your pre-bedtime bath with the scent of serenity and a blend of natural essential oils including jasmine, sandalwood and lavender.

Filter by Molly Mae Scrub Me & Smooth Me

This exfoliation and hydrating duo from Filter By Molly Mae is the Ant and Dec of Skincare. The creamy body scrub is full of natural oils and cleanses the skin. Goodbye dead skin. Once exfoliated, follow by the ultra-hydrating Smooth Me cocoa body butter. Trust me, it smells like a holiday. Manifesting it.

Champneys Health Spa Softening Hand Mask Gloves

I have got a lifesaver of a product for you to make sure your hands will be feeling soft and smooth after the constant use of hand sanitiser and the changing weather. These moisturising hydrating gloves contain chia seed extract and are fragranced with oils of patchouli, chamomile and lemongrass. Heaven.

Anyone else now ready for a full on pamper session? In the hopes of getting prepped for a new week of opportunities. I hope you feel inspired to grab a face mask and turn off your phone, run a bath, listen to some chilling music and take an hour of time on you for you. Or at least here's a reminder to complete your face care routine this selfcare Sunday.

Have a fabulous week, and I will be back soon. Love Mols xx
